Another Viewpoint on Dining Out
Anytime two or more people get together, someone has a horror story to tell about a negative restaurant experience. It's almost always from the point of view of the customer. But what about the wait staff's view? The Stained Apron attempts to rectify this shortfall. We hear stories from food service staff about the customers from hell. I'm not a perfect customer but I've not complained of cockroaches that weren't there, or falsely claimed a food or service was not provided. If you've ever worked in food service these stories have the ring of truth.
