I Want One of Those
Every sci-fi fan would love to get there hands on a death-ray. Well the folks at Solar Death Ray actually created one. Using over one hundred mirrors and with careful positioning, they are able to create a beam of heat that will melt everything from AOL CDs to plastic bear honey dispensers. I thought I saw a recent edition of Mythbusters that said it would never work but apparently this guy has proven them wrong. I had one problem while visiting the site. It seemed to have a mind of its own as it would automatically scroll to the bottom of each page a short time after the page load.

Finding just the right name for a business is not always that simple. Many theories exist. When Life Gives You Snow... Make Snow Sculpture
That's what they did in Breckenridge Colorado last January. Visit the 2005 International Snow Sculpture Championships for a look at some really neat sculpture. Sand lasts a long time. Ice is hard and melts. But how do you work with snow? Is it a special kind of snow? How do you work with millions of flakes that melt instantly from a casual breath?
